PROGRAM

BaseballGifted Baseball students are provided a challenging program that develops their Baseball skills and understandings in playing, coaching, umpiring, strength and conditioning, nutrition, theory and strategy over the course of their time at school. This is spread out over 4 periods per week for the entire school calendar.
As part of a comprehensive education South Fremantle SHS provides a safe, secure environment that helps students explore and develop their potential as sports men and women, and as well rounded people ready to take their place in society.
BaseballStudents are able to pursue a number of pathways to receive accreditation for their work, including Certificates I & II in Sport & Recreation, AASC Coaching Accreditation, Sports Medicine Certification, Introduction to Umpiring & Scoring as well as being involved in Baseball relevant work placements.
Graduates have won many national tournaments and championships, represented Perth Heat,  Australia , and gained professional contracts with major league organisations and won scholarships to U.S. colleges.
Baseball students tour  to compete in the Australian Schools Baseball Focus Tournament. Senior and junior teams have enjoyed repeated success in their divisions.
